Well dang now I'm hooked

I 10000% thought this was a multivitamin with good marketing. I saw people talking about purging.. from vitamins?! But it doesn't hurt to try it with the first month trial. Now I'm hooked and will never let myself run out!! I definitely went through a purge period for a couple weeks where it was tempting to quit, don't quit! This, alongside my usual skincare routine, has cleared up my ridiculous adult onset acne! I shouldn't be in my 30s covered with cystic acne! I've added the blur potion vitamins to clear up PIH and I can't wait to see what happens!!

Worth it!

I have been using this product for over a year now and I can definitely say it really helps my hormonal acne, I never had any acne during my teens so getting it now on my 30s is very bizarre. So this product helps so much, I don't get much breakouts anymore and my gut likes it too!

These supplements changed my skin! I deal with cystic acne and Skin Discipline is a game changer in my skincare routine. After 2/3 months of daily use, I noticed a remarkable reduction of new cystic spots. This is not an over night fix and it will take time to see changes! I recommend this product if you deal with stubborn acne and have spent too much money on topical products to no avail. Skin Discipline along with a simple skincare routine have made a huge difference for me! I still get acne but dramatically less since adding this to my routine. Rating this 9/10 stars due to very slow shipping to Canada and the price tag. Everything else about this product is fantastic!

THEY SAVED MY SKIN

For years I've always had to be extra careful about my diet and what I consume because of my cystic acne and inflammation. It's been three months of me taking these pills and my entire face is cleared up. I also am more lenient about what I eat now because of the pills. I'm forever grateful my sister sent me their ad on Instagram!

My cystic acne has gone away completely
